SPECTATOR CARTS:

Spectator carts are permitted for permanently disabled spectators only. Proof of a permanent handicap decal must be provided and be approved by the Executive Director at least 48 hours prior to the event for which the cart is being requested. Recent surgery, broken limbs, or old age does NOT constitute permanent disability. The designated cart must be for the decal holder ONLY. No passengers are permitted unless the specified decal holder is unable to drive the cart themselves. This must also be pre-approved by the Executive Director.
